Thunderbird Club

Could anyone tell me if the strings on the vintage model epiphones sit closer to the body than the bolt on epi's, or even regular gibson models? It may be a trick of the camera but, the ones with that vintage chrome bridge always appear that way to me.

Also, has anyone on here cut their headstock down and converted it to a 2x2? That would reduce neck dive, especially with light tuners. Just day dreaming here.

I vaguely remember someone around here doing that to an oil finish Pro-IV. Lopped off about half the headstock and moved two tuners to the treble side.

Scones and gravy? Fie sir! Have you taken leave of your senses?
Biscuits and sausage gravy. Mmmmmmm. Fine Southern fare anytime.

New strap day for the ‘15. An Italia, made in California for the world!

I have that strap in the pebble finish. Not my main strap, but one I use on Thunderbirds at times.

MCF- I've been called for jury duty (circuit). Anything short of soiling myself to seem unfit? I'm hoping I can get a delay as it's not a good time due to a new cmte I chair to deal with a sticky issue.

If some of the rest of you chime in I'm sure it's going to be very interesting.

If you don’t mind sounding dumb, say something like “they wouldn’t have gotten charged if they weren’t guilty”
