. It's a cheap knock off but it sounds decent & i've always wanted a white flying V guitar so this is a good candidate. It's going through a few mods now such as relocating the strap pins (still figuring out where the bottom one should be - top is moving to the heel), ditching the neck pickup, it's volume & the 3 way switch (gonna use that in my ibanez bass & have it rewired like factory) & swapping out the strat knobs for white speed knobs on the remaining volume & tone controls. Also a few pickguard fixes such as enlarging the bridge holes so the studs sit flush on the wood & not on the guard, & cleaning up the massive cavity routes under the guard (filling up some spaces where it didn't need to be carved out - again is expected with cheap mass produced instruments)
I'm happy nonetheless, it's a great guitar to have in my collection of ever growing instruments. & once i get around to building the guitar road vault, this one will be hanging inside, unlike all the rest that will be standing so to speak.
IF you guys have any tips on where i should relocate the bottom pin, by all means !!

looks more DIY then anything xD Last night i moved the bottom strap pin about 4 inches inwards from the original spot & it feels much better like it's fully balanced & the weight feels evenly distributed on my shoulder/back. It's still being set up, the strings are still fresh so i've gotta stretch them out a few more times to be able to play, but i think this guitar is gonna be tuned either half step or full step down. Now the only gibson esque guitar to complete my collection of gibson gear: Currently I've got 3 les pauls, two thunderbirds, 2 epiphone acoustics & will later have a ripper & a les paul triumph both built by me
