For me - nothing from the first one and very little from the second one. (slight chills and body aches that night and the next day) I just depends on the person.
Nothing from #1 for me, a slightly sore shoulder for my wife. I' m planning on nothing from #2 as well.
Today's SXCL concert is the Peterson Brothers. Alex is tearing up that bass! (Whole band is great.) They're doing their own versions of a bunch of classics, from "Take Me to the River" to "Shaft" to "What You See is what You Get". Like any good rock-related trio, they fill up a lot of sonic space.

My guess they are made by GHS, which is a good company that makes good strings... if so - win-win.
you think the new VPs come with GHS? if I recall correctly, Boomers have red ends like RS66?
Boomers are more crimson, whereas RS66 are more scarlet.
Although I might be tempted to post something like that sarcastically, I can see a distinct difference in colour. In person (photos, especially digital ones, can lie about colour) I can tell the difference without seeing both first.

It's an educated guess as GHS is based in Battle Creek Michigan and Gibson started out in Kalamazoo Michigan. But I've been known to be wrong occasionally...

Have any of you who like HPF and LPF found you needed separate pedals? If so, where do you put them in your signal chain?

NBD, just came in late PM. Did a quick set-up, everything sounds fine. Gonna do a better set-up when I put flats on it tomarrah.
