I wonder why they stopped adding the extra bridge screws. Here's my Feb 1991 4003JG that I bought new in the summer of '91. I've been thinking of getting the Hipshot for it for a few years now...

No other issues 'though. Of all the Rick's I've tried I like the neck best on mine.

2. IIRC there was an interesting South Park Episode (10th season, episode 2) that dealt with this very topic. Hate it or Love it, one thing you can always count on South Park to do is eventually gore everyone’s goat.

More like, why didn't they design/produce a bridge that didn't do that to begin with? I've seen the new ones that have finally addressed that issue. Only took them 50 or so years.

No, never have. Have been to a MOTO GP race a couple times (Laguna Seca) and it's a circus also. FTR, before I became a "West Coast Elite" <(this is a joke) I grew up in the dead-center of the mid-west. I used to watch it on TV as a kid, along with every other program that involved a car race. I liked "All Star Wrestling" also, and Roller-Derby. Demolition Derby too! I was attracted to all of it as a kid. I guess if I had to self-analyze it now I'd say I grew out of it.

Does "bubba circus" imply that everyone in attendance is an ignorant boob? Have you ever watched the "fans" along the sides of the road during the Tour de France? I'm sure you could have a laugh-a-thon watching a mountain stage this July. If you do - more power to you, you might also catch a really exciting bicycle race by outstanding international athletes.

I did end what I wrote with TETO, which means 'to each their own', and I honestly meant that. There's something for everyone in the world. RE: ever read "7"ender bashing on the T-bird thread? As someone who owns and plays a few - I don't take it personally.

What you said sounds much better than what the picture looks like. Probably some really good food there, might need to try it next time I’m in SF.

It does bring back some great memories of when I was working in China and the South East Asia region. Many of the restaurants had picture menus. Let’s just say as a westerner it was kinda hard to find an appealing menu picture of a plate of cooked chicken feet or roasted scorpion or suckling pig. But as the saying goes… when in Rome… so I tried just about everything you can imagine and some of it was pretty darn good.

Ha! We both watched a lot of the same things. Including wrasssling! That alone forever disqualifies both of us from many classy circles in life!

Glad you clarified. You meant less by it that it seemed to sound. But I still have a low opinion of you because you watched wrasssling. Wait, so did I.:laugh:

I've tried watching bicycle races and can't stay with it when they are out in the streets for some reason. Possibly because I don't understand enough to appreciate what's going on. I do like it when they race on tracks. That's amazing to watch. I think I can follow what's going on better as a non-enthusiast. I had a bad bike accident when I was a kid that broke off my two front teeth and scrapped my mouth and face up big time. For that reason I don't like seeing the accidents at all even beyond the not wanting to see other humans suffer part.

yeah, spent a lot of time in Asia, predominantly in mainland China (three weeks at a time when at Apple) and I was ok with most things till I saw a live porcupine in a cage outside a restaurant waiting to end up in soup…..:rollno:
