What's the word? Thunderbird.

Of all things, a Goth Thunderbird's been on my list for some time. I like the black and the roman numeral "XII" on the 12th fret. I'd probably switch out the pickguard and put a Badass on it, but yeah, that T-bird sound's a mother...

But i voted Thunderbird purely on looks, i have never heard one I love the feel of Yamaha basses but not the tone.

I've never played the 374 specifically, but all the yammies I've played have played great and sounded good. They're rather ugly, though. Not a huge epiphone fan myself, but t-birds are pretty cool,

I voted for the Thunderbird because I've played both of those basses recently. The Yamahas (2 of them) had a lot of frets poking out each side of the neck. The T-bird felt very nice and seemed like a solid bass. Plus I just love T-birds!!

Yamaha quality tops Epi quality *across the board*, IMO.

The Yamaha would probably be a better bass, but it won't look as cool as the TBird.

I own a Rbx 375, It´s really good bass for the price (€288) It´s a good choice if you want to try a 5er. It has worked very good for me:

i had to choose between a rbx374 and a epi tbird or a tokai tbird.


guess what?

i got a fender jazz off ebay instead

but, the rbx is a better bass IMO, but the Tbirds just look awesome
