Thunderfunk 610

Oh my Lord...If I thought I could afford it I would put up my Eden D210XLT and D410 XLT up for sale...nah, I couldn't. But Lord I am tempted.

This and the TFB750-A must freaking ROCK!

Aesthetically, I don't care for it at all...
Conceptually, I like the top drivers angled at the player a bit.

I'd like to hear it tho...

6 whizzers seems like an odd choice to develope solid low end, but, again, that's just my "bench jockey" point of view.

Sure can't argue with Dave's amplification choices, so this is probably an awesome cab.

That the same 5-6 inch midrange driver in the NV215, it's nothing that distinctive I know but it looks very familiar. Does anyone know who makes them and what the model number is by the way?

I'm kinda surprised by the look of it and all the tweeters and such, also the carpet and the handles. Was expecting it to have a more old school kinda vibe. Looks like a pretty cool cab, shame about the lack of 15(s) though :p

Which also looks like the Eminence midrange in the AccuGroove cabs - I suspect they're all OEM variations upon the Alpha 6, maybe with a cone/surround more like that on the Lab 6 for greater sensitivity. In fact all the drivers look very similar to those used in the the Tri-210L.

Some ususual concepts there, certainly not what you'd design if you were doing it all on paper first but I imagine Dave has done plenty of experimenting to get the 'perfect' cab for his amps. I wonder if the multiple HF sources give it quite a diffuse sound that sits nicely in the mix?

I'm not one to want to toot my own horn.. But when Dave was in design stage of the cab he asked me what i thought about a 6x10. I told him.. and my main thought was what will set it apart from other 6x10s in a user friendly way.. And i thought about the angled two 10s on top to help monitor in close up configurations..
I was surprised when he actually went with it..

Its not like it was not done before.. in history such as the older marshal guitar cabs.. but i thought it would make me buy one over another brand.. so there i just tooted my own horn..
I need to try one out soon..
