TI Flat tension vs. other strings

I discovered that putting T-I Jazz flats on my basses took away pains I had in my right hand. I recently removed my long time favorite Pyramid Gold strings on my Hofner and put on the T-Is for Hofner length. No more DeQuarvains thumb pains when picking. They are also a bit more lively, have beautiful tone, and are a joy to play. I also use them on my Jack Casady bass.

This is my biggest reason for using TI's , my hands are very sensitive to tension and I too tried Pyramid gold flats on my Hofner but even the Hofner Pyramid set which is fairly light gave my hands pains and felt a little stiff.
