They're legit. They often run them at that price but go back and forth between free shipping and $15 shipping. So when you find them like that with free shipping it's the perfect time to snatch em up!

I've purchased these strings twice before through Amazon under that same description and same price, but the seller was Amazon Global Store UK (you can purchase from them if you go to the purchase options in your link). The seller in your link is different and listed as out of Utah, but appears to be reasonably well reviewed.

My guess is that the seller is just recycling an existing description for the item as maintained by Amazon. Amazon is pretty easy to deal with in terms of refunds if you don't get what you ordered, so you can order worry free.
