Seeking guidance on how to better utilize a bass cabinet.
I have an Ibanez Soundwave 100 cabinet with the original speaker an Ibanez P11508B.The amp died and was removed by a previous owner. The cabinet weighs around 50 pounds, MDF I assume which I don't want to move to and from rehearsal, but I do have assistance on gig days.
The cabinet is in good condition, there is a 4 inch diameter hole in the baffle and a crossover and tweeter which are not wired.
The cabinet volume is 4610 cubic inches.
Is that volume appropriate for a speaker of greater handling say 250 or so watts?
I don't know the design of this cabinet so can't say if a tube was attached to the baffle when it was new. Is it likely that there was a tube?
I want to use it with an Aguilar Tone Hammer 350.
I think you are asking for a suitable replacement driver for the cab, as 100W is not sufficient power handling for your TH350.
You have provided the internal volume of the cab and also the port diameter. The images I have seen suggest the port depth is equal to the thickness of the front baffle. If there was a tube that fell off, I would expect it to be rattling around inside the cab.
Yes, it's possible to model a driver to work in the cab. It may be necessary to add a tube to extend the port, or a driver may be found that can work with the current tuning. This may be achieved by buying a port tube designed for use with speaker cabs, or by cutting a piece of 4" PVC pipe. The tube is cut to the appropriate depth and glued in place. It may be necessary to modify to hole so the tube fits.
If you don't know, making the port longer lowers the resonance frequency.

Loudspeaker enclosure calculating with Thiele Small parameter (micka.de) It has a drop down that loads T/S specs for a variety of drivers. You can also input T/S specs for whatever driver you want to consider. The T/S specs will be a datasheet that is specific to the driver.
I selected the Faital 15PR400. I think it wants a bigger box, but it seemed to work better in the available volume than the Eminence 15" options I tried. I played around with the port to find a length I thought worked well.
I inputted 75 liters for internal volume, 10.16 cm port diameter and length. I believe this matches the dimensions you provided with the port extended to 4" long.

I would not buy a driver based on this program without getting the results validated by someone who understands this stuff better than and has a better modeling program.
Keep in mind the Faital 15PR400 runs about $354. Probably the first step is to decide how much you are willing to spend on a broken combo amp. Maybe it would be better to put the money towards a new/or new-to-you cab. Or maybe there is a less expensive driver that will work better.
I think an Eminence Kappalite 3015 ($270) would model fairly closely to the Faital.
