Tips for new bass

Hello there!

I'm from Sweden, and I'm really great fender lover!
I'm 16 years old, and I own an Fender Standard Mexico P-bass. Very nice sound in it.

But i was wondering if Squier is a good option instead of Fender or is Fender much better?
I've got an Squier strat at home too i think it is not the best sound in it but it's fun to play!
Cause Fender is so expensive! I maybe going to buy some new bass soon.

You own a Fender MiM and u want a Squier? Seems strange. The VM series are VERY good for the price as far as i know but maybe u should check for smth bettter than your Fender.
