Tips on what effects to use on slap bass?

Hey there, I'm very much curious on how to get a good slap bass sound using effects pedals, I tried using my own effects chain using my zoom b1on on my bass cover natural by imagine dragons but I'm clueless on how it sounded or does the sound even make sense?! Please suggest me on what effects to use and how to implement it. Here's the clip of my bass cover:


I used the zoom b1on multi-effect which simulates most of the popular effects and amps available.
EFFECTS IN CHAIN:
ZOOM B1on:
1) Ba Chorus (Bass Chorus)
2) M Comp
3) Exciter
4) Ba Geq ( Bass Graphic EQ)
