Hi anyone tried tks for doublebass? Heard so much good about them for the electric, but I am curious if they are that good for the db.

Double Bass Tks cabs for db?

I have a special built loudspeaker from TKS. It's very small and has neodyn(is that correct) elements. I weights almost nothing and give a very tight sound. I prefer full range speakers but this is a good compromise for me when i need to bring an amp to the gig.
Tack Kristian! Hur tycker du att den funkar med stråke, och vad kör du för mickar på kontran? Vilken topp har du till högtalaren?

It's a 10 and doesn't have a tweeter. I use it with a mark bass top.
Most of the time I use a Ehrlund pic up. It gives a very direct sound with a lot of punch.
Not optimal for the bow in my taste but I guess a bigger loudspeaker with a tweeter would give a better result. Good quality loudspeakers.
