What I suggest here may be considered to be blasphemy by many, but if I was gigging on big stages, (and was forty years younger), (and money was no object), I would check out the Mesa Powerhouse 810. I say this as someone who owns, (but does not use) an Ampeg 810.

I have too many other cabinets, (both Ampeg and Mesa) that I like the sound of more than my "Dark Era" Ampeg 810 which is why I don't use it.
