Tobias Toby Pro or Wolf SE Quilted Bubinga?

Hello,
I'm looking for a new bass. A bass that is not pricey but not cheap. I found a Tobias Toby Pro and a Wolf SE Bubinga (2016). Both were made in Korea. The bobias bass (used) is a little more expensive than the Wolf (brand new). Because they are in my budget but I am not familiar with these two brands I would appreciate some advice, pros or con about these brands, any suggestions. Thanks

I don't know.
I'm partial to the Wolf myself.
My upgraded Wolf WTHB-7W.
It's not an SE but it's almost the same.

But you'll need to read about Wolf seven string pickups.

I've owned a couple of Tobias imports, great bang for the buck construction wise and they play pretty well. But the stock electronics aren't the best- clairity wise.
