I’m guessing that’s an active bass? The numbers on the back look like 25Kohm not 250.
Not sure of the brand but Allparts has these.

If solid shaft is ok these guys have a variety of mini pots.

It’s an Audio taper 25k. Pretty sure that is an alpha brand one but that really does not matter if it has the right shaft. Measure the pot body as that matters obv!
