Today I went to a guitar store in The Hague (the Netherlands) to get myself some new strings. I haven't been there for a while and on there website I saw they sell Warwicks for a while now.
When I walked into the guitar store, I saw this beautiful looking Warwick Corvette double buck $$ 5. And man oh man, what a bass guitar is that! The bass played so well, the unfinished wenge neck felt amazing. Really solid, but still easy to play on. And although I don't like MM humbuckers, I think they are great pickups for this bass. I liked the sound a lot.
With a price of 1815 euro (it was a demo model, otherwise it would cost 3149 euro) it was a bit expensive for me, but I'm very well impressed by the craftmanship and sound of this bass. Warwick truelly knows how to build basses
