Personally, I don't think you can have too many. I've made a pact with myself to never sell any pedals in case I ever need one later even though I'm currently not using it. I'm sort of a gear hoarder.

You might want to keep that P-bass as a backup. A p-bass sounds completely different than a jazz, better for rock for many people's ears, and if you've upgraded it, it is probably still a players instrument. I never let myself dip below two basses in the stable, and they're usually a j and a p. Squier makes a quality budget instrument that I would consider buying again.

+1. I think OP would miss the neck on the CV 60s P, it's a beauty to play and for that worth more than what he could ever get selling the bass.

My board is finally done and after spending a ton of money and buying some pedals two and three times I'm happy with the results the Zoom MS-60B was the last piece of the puzzle.

I would go for a Dingwall combustion 5 instead of the fender. The multirange of the strings will make a much better sound if you`re gonna play downtuned metal

ah, keep away from the 15s cabs! They are just boomy sounding
