I could not care less about how they look. My only concern is sound. Same goes for basses and amps. I buy on sound and playability. I have never bought a single instrument or pedal based on looks.

I can't imagine getting one based on looks either.

That being said, the question was what was our favorite looking pedal, so here's mine, a pedal that was built to recognize and draw attention to the struggle that afflicts my daughter.:
