Top 3 Favourite Looking Pedals

image.jpg

Tone/sound aside, what are your top 3 favourite pedals based on appearance? I have no idea how to post pictures, so forgive me and happy googling! Without dabbling into custom and boutique pedals that offer different colour and design options, my top 3 would be.

I have only picked one pedal based upon looks, the Dr Scientist Stained Glassberator. Actually I picked the pedal because of the sound. It adds a bit of fairy dust even when the reverb mix is dialed all the way off. The Stained Glassberator was one of several custom visual schemes the company offered (currently discontinued I believe). A cool added feature of this particular visual scheme is the indicator led randomly changes between red, blue, and green when the unit is on.

Verellen Meatsmoke preamp.

I love the look of all three of these. The Sputnik is probably as beautiful inside as it is on the outside. Great thread idea. Hope it keeps going. This is great entertainment.

I do love the look of the Sputnik, especially the Olive Drab edition with the cyrillic writing and its nefarious-looking Soviet bakelite indicator:

TB'er Crazee_One has a badass custom overdrive...a rehoused BOD in a gold Cthulhu theme with red eyes. I looked for pics but he hasn't been here in a couple of years and the photo links are broken :(

I really dig the NovaMusik editions of the Pigtronix pedals, especially together (too bad they're like $500 for the set, twice what people actually pay for these pedals)...

I'll have to think of a third =0)
