Top fret buzzes on a 73 musicmaster

Howdy talk bass, anyways only the top
Fret buzzes on this bass, no matter what I snap the neck to, is it a bad fret? Anyway to get this top fret to stop buzzing on me? It’s across all 4 strings and just the first fret. Fret looks like it’s not in too bad of shape physically

It could just be a bad setup. The first fret isn't what is buzzing normally. It's most often the next fret that is buzzing against the strings. It could be from the first fret being too low, the second fret being too high, not enough relief in the neck, or too low of action. Also some other things.
