Odd, now I see it in your quoted reply tho :)

And it ain't Meddle! :cautious:

Honestly never seen that one. Haven't even looked since acquiring The Final Cut (tho I did somehow end up with Delicate Sound Of Thunder in my LP collection... It's decent overall)

yea the album's pulse its a live recording from earls court london 16 october 1994. i had the fortune of being there its the greatest show i've ever seen :) i've also seen them in knebworth [uk ] in 1990. i love pink floyd :thumbsup: i have all there albums on lp's and cd etc and also have some rare demo's of there's as well :hyper: money was the first thing i learnt on the bass my brother taught me it. in the late 70's

Cool. Yep, MONEY was also one of the lines I enjoyed learning early on. I now realize I have both post Waters recs Delicate Sound Of Thunder and Momentary Lapse Of Reason, and they're not bad at all. Was lucky to be at their Philadelphia's JFK Stadium stop in 1987 on the Momentary Lapse tour... and it was one of the best concert experiences of my young life! (Taking mushrooms and going way back and up top as high as I could get :rolleyes: for the sunset ;)

Soon after, the opening register chings of Money began blaring out of each of the huge monitors surrounding the top of the stadium one at a time, panning and bouncing the sounds around until the music kicked completely in :jawdrop: I was mesmerized, elevated, and enthralled and I'll likely never ever forget that moment!

Those were the early days of gigantic stage viewing screens and dazzling light shows that could cover the distance of an entire stadium if I remember correctly (at least that I was aware.)

Nothing short of 'in awe' would describe my overall experience seeing them :cool:

Glad you have seen them as well. Of all the things I've done in my life seeing pink floyd is way up there :thumbsup: just amazing once in a lifetime thing :) sadly there won't be any more from them Rick died and Dave and Nick don't want to do it any more. :( Any way I still have my tickets

the Earl's Court cost 25 pounds think what that would cost to day. The knebworth was 30 pounds. But there were a lot of top acts on the same bill Eric Clapton.robert plant. Paul McCartney. Status quo.genesis. Etc to many to list that was also a one in a lifetime show :):):thumbsup:
