79 years ago today coventry was bomb'ed in the 2nd world war most of the town centre was destroyed by air raids. which lasted all night and into the morning. this is what the people of coventry woke up to on the 15th of november 1940

but for the sprit of coventry people we rebuilt. this what it looks like today

many people lost there life's that night. i just wanted to share this with you all as respect to them.

Not only that, but I think it's ironic (and quite humorous ) that at one time @Stewie26 accidentally had that bass dropped in the ocean during a seaside gig!

thank you. for your kind comments sadly coventry was bombed another 2 times after. april 1941 and in august 1942. unexploded bombs are still being found to this day
