Yep, we are having pleasant weather here today. It was kind of weird. I was watching all the local civil unrest on the TV and feeling sad. Then I looked out the window and saw the sunset.
I reminded me how we are so insignificant compared to mother nature.

You are so right :thumbsup: in Coventry we have had 2 month's of really hot weather very rare for the UK at least I get to go out on my bike :) I've seen the unrest that's going on in the US it makes me sad there is so much beauty in nature. I hope we can get through this and love each other. That's all we have to do

Top floor flat on the right of the picture just before the gap in the buildings with the little pointed roof. Never got a moments peace the whole month of August when the festival was on. Did get a bunch of guaranteed free tickets for the Hogmanay street party though because in those days we were inside the fence (it’s much smaller now). Great place to live when you’re young and like to go out a lot. I prefer my peace down by the sea now though.

What a beautiful city to wake up in every morning. Some days I wish I could leave the US and never go back.

Outstanding! I think you did a great job capturing the sky and the colors during sunset that can often be illusive. I remember coming out of a training I was doing in LA near sunset and everyone was outside sitting or standing around cars talking. It was like a big tailgate party and the sky was just out of this world with incredible color with the clouds picking up the soft pinks, yellows and oranges that were slowly fading towards greenish blues in the sky. It seemed surreal at the time.
