On the same trail. Notice the pine in the center of the photo. Around 40 plus years ago my late brother and I noticed a little tiny pine being smothered by brush and aspen trees. We came back later with trimming equipment and liberated it. Now today it is awesomely healthy looking!

I found him living under my recycling bin the summer before last. He was trying to escape the heat so I left the garden hose on a drip and placed the nozzle under the bin with him.
