It's the least I can do.
EDIT: It's both hard and rewarding. It's hard in that she wishes to live in her own house and that requires keeping up a second residence and all that goes with it.
The great part is we see each other more often. I saw her more in the first 3 months after relocating than I had in 22 years. Not because I never visited with her, but it was usually on holidays which would often be shared time with my wife's family and limited to how much time I could take off from work.

played a gig to help raise funds to help a friend who is fighting some serious health issues..same pub as the birthday gig the weekend before. shared the stage with some working pros that really liked our band and want to get together again sometime and share a stage. So hopefully more gigs could be coming our way.

Antique doctors bag i scored I use it for packing my effect pedals and cables..

($400 Craigslist Rescue... she had a broken headstock) I made a good clean repair, mixed up some Robitussin Red to touch it up, and that P-90 guitar is just magical through a Fender Princeton Reverb cranked up to whoopee.
I have a fascination with various forms of abstraction, and with the great quality shots I can get with iPhone 13Pro. I used to be an abysmal photographer but it's hard to be terrible with this. These are relative closeups of sidewalk ice. My daughter taught me filters last night, so a couple have them applied.
