Man, you don't realize how many photos build up on your phone. Here's a somewhat random collection, nature shots, jack-o-lanterns, and a dinosaur sculpture made of sticks and bones found in the area. The Dino is (or maybe was...) in Allair state park. Unfortunately the sculptures have been the victims of vandalism, I just don't get people sometimes

Few more pics from my buddy's bucket list road trip to Cali and Az in 2017.

We used Vegas as a launch point, rented a Mustang convertible, and hit the road, thru Death Valley first

North, a couple days later we were here.

Hearst San Simeon State Park, along the PCH on our way back down.

Across Rt66, we headquartered in Flagstaff and spent a day at the Grand Canyon. East of the Grand Canyon main park site

Spent our last day in Sedona and area, then back to Vegas and fly home.

More reminiscing about my road trip with Scott, which was actually ‘16. Bucket list road trip themed in part around Route 66.
On the way out/east, he was good enough to let me stop at Guitar Center, Hollywood.

As I mentioned, we went from there to Flagtaff. In early May, we arrived in a fricken snowstorm- I had no idea it was at elevation, I thought I’d be driving thru desert, more like east Cali.

Scotty (R) passed in August 2017, RIP. F cancer.

We did one last family trip (3 kids, 2nd grandchild expected this weekend), to NYC in ‘17. I got lots of cool art pics, at MOMA and The Met, but most of my faves are from the top of Rockefeller Center.
