Flying into the San Gabriel Valley today there was an extreme temperature inversion where you can see the white layer closer to the ground. This is just the opposite of normal atmospheric conditions meaning the air temperature is hotter up at attitude and gets cooler as you descend into the white haze. It was in the high 90's at 3000 feet and quickly dropped to the low 80's once on the ground. The temperature inversion also traps poor air quality once you enter it. That said, still a nice day to get into the air.

Jealous. Reminds me of my grandparents place when I was a teenager. Across the road was the Columbia river, the back yard was wild mountain. My brothers and I and our cousins gathered annually and ran wild.

These days, my yard is suburbs.

I built the wall when we moved in 10 years ago.

We’ve grown blueberries for several years with no results. This is a nursery plant from this year. :rollno:
