I'm extremely late on my Spring cleaning, and I've been going through a corner or shelf of clutter a day for the past week & I've thrown away a lot of useless stuff & papers that I'll never need.
I also uncovered some things I thought I'd lost, and even a debit card from the bank that I thought never got delivered.
Depositing my mail on my desk for later probably isn't the best idea, because sometimes another item gets on top of it, LOL!
It feels good having the place nearly clutter free, and I will see about keeping it this way.

That might be a joke, but I've been doing repairs on a hoarder's house. They were living like they were in a third world country with broken plumbing, broken HVAC, broken appliances, and just filth everywhere. Part of the job was packing up the junk and filling a storage pod so we could even get into the front door. The job is a nightmare, and it gives me nightmares. Not to mention the nose bleeds. I started wearing a respirator. I hate my job.

I'm not sure how the third world reference gets in there. I've lived in the 3rd world for a while & there are some pretty nice shopping malls & lots of luxury cars on the road.
However, sometimes things do fail a little easier than they do in the West, due to the infrastructure not being there or not being up to par.
For instance, I saw the electricity go off quite a lot during rainstorms, and it would sometimes get down to about 160 volts at night, when it was supposed to be 220 volts.

Third world doesn't necessary mean unkempt & dirty. I've seen kids come out of dirt poor neighborhoods with pristine white uniforms on for school.
You might be surprised how much pride 3rd world people can take in their cleanliness.
If you meant stuff was packed in there like a Chinese mom & pop shop, then you'd be on the money.

By third world I meant the lack of basic first world things like functioning plumbing, air conditioning and major appliances. Bathing and doing laundry in buckets is certainly common in the third world, but it also happens in this large house in an upscale first world neighborhood that would normally sell for around $300K.

I bet it is. I have not tried that particular dish, though I am certainly a fan of fish roe.

It's a very subtle flavor and only worth getting at a top quality sushi place, or seaside if that's an option. Fresh out of the water is obviously best but even the best sushi place will have at least day old. Any older or frozen and the taste is really off putting.
