I appreciate your understanding. LOL, it's fairly rare that cyclists can comprehend other viewpoints when it comes to doping.

The thing about the Armstrong SNAFU is that we only focus on Lance. No real focus on removing Big Mig's titles even though he managed to win 7 grand tours in only 5 years. Whilest people focus their anger on Armstrong, it would seem that most have learned from US Postal to create better cheating with riders who will be a lot more air tight.

I think my favorite quote from the whole ordeal is...

"Taking the titles away from Lance doesn't make anyone else more credible."

Personally, I've come to the point where I don't care any more. I just want to be entertained with good bike racing, and this year, I'm pretty pleased. Yes, Froome is kicking some serious @$$, but his competitors aren't lying down, and he isn't just playing defense. Is Froome on dope? I don't know. If he is, history says that his closest rivals probably are on the same juice.

Heartbreaker stage for VanGarderen yesterday on L'Alpe. His motor simply ran out of gas a few K too soon. Props to Riblon for his determination and grit to keep fighting after losing nearly a minute early on the last lap up the hill.

In semi-related news, a few friends of mine have been at the top of L'Alpe for the last 5 days. The got up the day before they closed the road, and are coming down tomorrow. I can't wait to see their pics.

Froome plans on contesting for the foreseeable future, so that probably him. He looks awful on a bike though.

Great tour. Froome and Porte are an even more impressive team than Wiggo and Froome, IMO.

Too bad Movistar pulled the entire team back on stage 13. There could have been even more fireworks in the mountains! Still a great result for their team despite the bad luck.

I very much enjoyed the 3-up drag race to close out this year's Tour. Kittel proved himself to be one of the elite sprinters, and his team dominated the other leadout trains to give him the best launch. Well done all around.
