Traben Fans!!!

Hey everyone, i know a lot of people that havent even heard of traben (im guessing at least some of you have), and I want to know if there are any other players out there using some of these awesome bass's. Im playin a Traben array limited 5 string. Id like to hear some feed back bout some of the other models.

I just love how everybody dogs these basses...

I i had a dollar for every Fender or Gibson I ran across with neck or electronic issues i would be rich...lol

anyway i love the damn things! I own three, and plan to pick up another before Christmas!

the only problem i have ever run into with one these basses was one was shipped to my local mom and pop sans a strap lock...

yet, i hear horror stories all the time....go figure

every model i have ever played save the bottom of the barrel Array's have been fantastic....and even thay were not all that bad

apparently however people tend to judge a book by its cover...or dog what they percieve as different from the "almighty" plain jane accepted body styles

there is a Traben club on the board, you should check it out...

lol I love it when people think their bass is new and unheard of....:D

I did a lot of information gathering up to buying my first bass about a year ago. My price range was $750 and below and because of several different points I picked my Traben Chaos Core. And after playing it for about a year, the only complaint I have is that it gets heavy after playing for more then an hour or so, but that's purely a personal thing.

I love the beauty. I love the sound. And I haven't found anything wrong from a mechanical standpoint with the guitar. The finish and fit were excellent. The pots all work fine. The pick-ups have a wide-variety of tones that you can dial in. I can't really think of one thing that I'd change on this bass.

In my opinion it may not be for a person who likes to slap a lot. But I've played a wide variety of styles. I like the mid-pickup selection for blues and all the way forward for old rock, and all the way back for harder styles of rock. And this is speaking for the 2 humbucker setup with a 5 position switch.

Anyway, I don't know if this helps, but I've not had any issues with this guitar, other then having it set up after being shipped to me.
