My Trace Elliott 1x18 cab stopped working during a gig last weekend. No sound comes from it at all. Disassembly found no broken/shorted/loose wires. It has a Celestian 18" speaker. Has anyone else experienced this or know what the problem could be?

hmm I got a 1518 trace cab that sounds like its about to die...buzzing noises on certain freqs..15" celestian original trace speaker...bummed about it because I was just about to buy a 2-10 cab to go on top of it..but now I gotta decide to buy a new 15"speaker, and then get the 2-10 later on..I just had to buy a new cable for the bass to the amp, the next week I had to buy a new xlr for the DI to the snake, bought new strings the week before the new amp cable...seems like everything is needing a freshen up at the same time...just when I thought I was going to get ahead and get something new..but..our sound tech told me at practice he had a dbx compressor he would give me when I told him I was thinking about getting a compressor..so there is that..not sure I need one or will use it..but yeah I'm waiting for my amp head to die now..lol..
Probably? If you can check the speaker resistance....If it says open, then it is probably toast.
Short of a tinsel lead being detached or other wiring discontinuity.Probably?

Those old Celestions are quite tough, I hammered mine mercilessly for years and it only failed when the amp developed a fault that put DC through it and toasted it.
