What is a "twist in the truss rod"??
I met to say turn. But again to all that responded, "thanks". I even took the time to call the warwick custom shop today and they told me a new neck would cost over $500.00 and $200.00 to have on shipped to me. It's not worth the trouble. If something were to go wrong with the bass I would have to pay out big time to get it fixed.

I think by 5 twists in the truss rod, he means that a selling point is that the truss rod nut has been tightened 5 full turns.

Fwiw, I've never counted the number of turns, I put on a truss rod. It's a meaningless and unverifiable measure. How many threads are there, 50 or 15?? You measure relief with a feeler gauge and a straightedge... Not with "turns or twists"

It's a how many licks to get to the center of a tootsie pop thing.
