Trading not in the same state

I'm sure others have said something along these lines already but the only way I'm really comfortable doing this is if it's with another long-time forum member with extensive positive feedback and good communication.

That said, I am also capable of doing my own set-up work and minor repairs, so if the instrument were to arrive in a somewhat lesser state than anticipated, I can often just put in a couple of hours and bring it back to good health.

Anytime shipping is involved though, there is risk.

Made two amazing new friends that I talk to a few times a week or more via txt and direct messages that I traded with just this year alone.

I feel pretty lucky to have long standing, close friends that I've known for many many years… at 42, making new friends is not as common as it once was so I feel grateful to have made these awesome new buds who o genuinely enjoy sharing conversation with.
Right back at ya, brother. Love chatting with you and getting into what on their way for us, respectively!

Can say the exact same about @Saetia! Had two incredible (and trusting) trade and purchases with this gentleman and even after that, we talk gear via text and show each other our most recent acquisitions. As a matter of fact, he knew I was interested in the Mesa 800D and gave me a shout when one popped up in Classifieds!

Let's just say today was NAD, thanks to the eagle eye of @Saetia!

I truly appreciate my new friend that I met on this board, and can 1000% vouch for him!
