Just wondering if there are any public traffic stats on times of day where people are most likely to be on TB. Seems like a good thing to know for bumping ads.

I'd be interested in seeing those stats as well. My guess is about 4pm eastern time is the busiest.

Yeah mid afternoon is generally the busiest. Here's a sample chart from Jan 4 2017 by hour:
