Yorkville benched mine at 100W (no clipping) at 4 ohms, 132 at 8. Also, IME a 4 ohm load sounds a little less lively than an 8 ohm load with this amp. (Mine is very early production and runs 7027A)

While the 6550's won't give you more power, if biased correctly they will sound cleaner and have more dynamic range. I did this on a Traynor YB3 clone (homebuilt ala Kevin O'Connor). Going from EL34 to 6550 was pretty amazing to my ears, of course YMMV.

2x 4ohm cabs have a total impedance of 2ohm. unless you modify them to connect in series.

YBA-3's place the cabs in series so 2 four (4) OHM CABS = EIGHT (8) OHMS.

The YBA-3 speaker outputs are wired in series. Connecting a 4 ohm cab to the speaker out and another 4 ohm cab to the ext speaker out will result in an 8 ohm total load.
