I'd like to know about 06:44 a 07:10: precisely, on 06:49 and 06:56.

The original tune's chords progression should be:
Abmaj7 - Gm7 - Fm7 (Fm79)- Gm7 - Bb - Cm - Bb

It's the Gm7 - Cm part right? (Bb is just a passing tone).
At 6:49 it's clearly |Gm7|C7(b9b13)|
At 6:56 it's more fuzzy.
|Gm7, Fmaj7/G|C9, Bbm7/C| (I think. There's an F in it at least)

At 6:56 -
The bass plays 3 notes - G, Bb, C:
C add6/G
B add6/Bb (which = Bb7b9 sus4)
B badd6/C (which = C7 add9 NO 3rd in the chord voicing)
The keys play this voicing (over the "G"), C/E/A, and then it moves down (2 times) by a half-step, while the bass goes UP - G/Bb/C.
If it would help, I'll write it out.
