I have just acquired a used Vintage EST96 (stingray copy) and although the bass and middle eq's work fine, the treble eq seems to do diddley squat except for a very mild change in tone. My Yammy's eq cracks glasses with ease but there's nothing like it at all on the 'ray. It's got a new batt and all the wiring looks okay. Are they meant to be just a subtle top end or is there something wrong ?
