i really love Dr Scientist Tremolescense on bass ... if you are not into tap tempo, then it has everything you need out of a bass tremolo

The Lightfoot Labs Goatkeeper is, imo, the king of tremolo pedals.
If you can find one at a good price on the used market then you should absolutely jump on it!

Anyone using the Supa Trem from Fulltone? It's a great pedal, with lots of switches that you can activate by foot, which is very useful in live conditions.

I really like the boss PN-2. It's solid and can do stereo. Sounds great and choppy when pushed by distortion and knobs are maxed out.

It can be REAL noisy in it's highest settings, but has the sickest sounds. I abandoned it a while ago for something much quieter, but the flexibility of the PN-2 makes it the coolest Trem IMO and I miss it lol
Must have had some sort of a dud. Mines quiet but then again I play it mostly with distortion.
Awesome suggestions; I will youtube most of these pedals to listen to them. However I ended up going with the SolidGold FX "Shutterbox"; the red one with the tap tempo. I believe it has more functions than the previous black version. It's a great pedal!
It has 3 waveforms; any volume loss is made up by the gain knob; plenty of modes added onto the 3 waveforms; and you can tap the tempo and have it set while the tremolo is bypassed; it's ready to go in whatever tempo once you click!

Cool. And tap tempo is a very nice feature to have. Especially while trying to pull off volume swells or rhythmic lines on the fly.
I checked this pedal out dude and it is sweet for sure! I would actually love to have this pedal and use it for different purposes than the "Stutterbox"; but it looks like they aren't in production anymore. ***? A killer pedal.
