Trouble with Presonus Audiobox recognizing Pro Tools

One of our guitarists (who's normally pretty techno whizzy) just ordered a new Presonus Audiobox, but it's having trouble getting it to recognize Pro Tools. I know he installed the drivers, & tried re installing PT, but still no show with any of the hardware menus. Suggests?

Can't speak to your specifics, but years ago I had a similar issue with the firewire version. Check Presonus website for updated drivers, make sure to follow the directions about when to connect the unit to the USB port, try rebooting, and try a different USB port.
