hi i want to know while adjusting truss rod are you not supposed to remove the allen wrench and then insert again then turn again or are you just supposed to insert it once and turn until the wrench cant turn no more

You can remove and reposition to continue turning it as much as is necessary. Knowing how much is necessary, and how to check that, is key. It sounds like you haven't had much experience doing this adjustment so you really should educate yourself first. This thread is a great place to start:
The first of the videos in it shows truss rod adjustment, but there are a bunch of great resources contained within. It's good you want to do your own adjusting, there's no reason you shouldn't, but you have to understand what you need to do to get the results you want.
