Tube preamp, 220V, crossover, parametric EQ

Hi, guys!

Can You suggest some tube preamp 250-300$ used:
- 220V
- that will give "that warm tube tone" and able to use with Crown power amp
- parametric EQ

listened basstasters samples, tarce elliot V-type, SWR drand prix, GT brick can match. Other variants?

Alembic F-1X or Demeter VTBP201 (or the slim version)
Klark Teknik DN405 or Rane PE17
DBX223 (or XL)

many other choices but do avoid:
Nady parametric EQ PEQ 5B

Behringer make a decent parametric and crossover. I have Klark Ts and Behringer and they all work. They deservedly get bad press for their practices particularly from Saints who have never transgressed and have never ever clicked play to an illegal mp3.
