I use a Peterson Stobostomp. I have a TU-2 as a spare (one of the outs is dodgy).
I also have a tuner on my Eventide H9.
Usually, I stay in tune pretty well. Get a good set up so your intonation is good and you won't find yourself messing with the tuning as much.
Also, my Steinberger is just about always in tune. I don't even have to tune it at every gig. It's usually dead on.
The others (Fender and Wal) need to be tuned at the start (I usually de-tune these when I put them away). But they stay in tune through the gig.
My geetar is another story.
