Turkey Bacon

Its all about morningstar farms bacon!

If you can find an Irish or British food store, grab some "Back Bacon" from there. Bacon on that side of the Atlantic tends to be cut deeper and from a meatier part of the pig.

That second item looks like what we call country style ribs
here. Slice it thinner and fry it and it will come out fine.

It's a bit of a misnomer as that is cut from a shoulder roast
(aka Boston Butt) as opposed to a pork belly.
