This is two 8 ohm cabs running through a 4 ohm head. It's the way it's suppose to work. Either one, or two 8 ohm cabs in a 4 ohm head is good. With one cab, be a bit careful of the wattage of the cab, to the head's wattage.

If run in parallel. If in series, they're 16 ohm.

Keep in mind that most heads will have a reduced output when running at double the impedence. For example, my 500W @ 4 ohm head puts out 350W when run at 8 ohms.

also keep in mind that cabinets with internal crossovers can react poorly with each other when wired in series.
