So Cal
Today I picked up a 2-fer on "P" basses. The seller was offering a package deal: A black/maple 1992 VN series Squier Precision; and a 3TSB/maple SX with an EMG active p/u and a switch with an unknown purpose. The SX neck even has some flame in it.

Until today...I've never owned a P-Bass. Now I have 2. They're both in decent shape, but they definitely need a thorough cleanup/setup. Fortunately, I like working on basses as much as I like playing them. So, I have hours of fun ahead of me.

If anyone can help me out, I'd be interested to know what year the SX might be...s/n 011085.
