Two amps, 15" @ 4ohms, 15" @ 8ohms

I have a Rumble 500 and a Behringer 300, a 15"Eminence Legend @ 4 ohms and an off brand 15" @ 8 ohms. My question is what would be the best way to wire this? Do I hook up both speakers in parallel (2.66 ohms) to the Rumble? Or use both amps, one for each speaker. And if so what amp with what speaker?

Parallel is not an option, as neither amp is 2 ohm stable.

Sell the Behringer and the speakers, use that money to buy a proper cabinet to use with the Fender.

... depends what your objective is ..

I would probably try each head with each cabinet in the situation it will be used ... then use the combination (one head/one cab) that works best for you ... sell off the head/cab you don't choose, or use it in a practice space ...

... then realize, if it is the Eminence, you will not be able to use another cab .. if it is the 'off brand' you will have the capability of adding another 8 ohm cab if you desire ...

... you can try cobbling everything together, running one head into each cab, but it will be a cr@pshoot at best ... lots of potential for a variety of issues when you start mix'n'matching like this ...

I don't believe either of the heads is 2 ohm capable, I am not familiar with the Behringer

Stack the cabs vertically and try each head with each cab and see how it sounds. Might be okay.

Not so easily done as I live in Costa Rica and music gear is twice the cost. I brought the Eminence 15" in my suitcase from the states and copied / made my cabinet here. Probably have to do it again looking at options mentioned here.
