And some Ernie Ball guitar polish! Because I ordered my MIM Jazz bass, with 15% off, from Musiciansfriend as opposed to another online store :).

Brand new Jazz Bass cost me $510.00

Few weeks later MF Backstage Pass gets me the free strings and polish.

Yeah, I'm bragging!

You too, however, can do this!!!!

And I think I may be a Fat Beams convert. They seem to be giving one of my other basses something I thought it may have been lacking. Looking forward to trying them out on the Jazz, and my Jaguar. Thanks to all those who responded in my last string thread. Ya'll are the ones who guided me towards the Fat Beams.

I came here to reply that I wanted em.....but realized that they are free to YOU!

As a yuge fan of all things DR, congrats. I think you will love them. Haven't played a DR set I haven't liked.

I've used hi beams, lo beams, sunbeams, bootzillas, silver stars...all sound great. I just need to try out some of their flats and pure blues now.....

I too came for the free strings. Come on, cough 'em up @Joe Nerve ;)

I too love DR strings. The Low Riders are my go to round wound. I've got a set of DR flats on my Lull P4 and that bass sounds great!
