Two separate effect loops into one feed.

Question to my erudite Talkbass friends:
Here is what I am trying to do:
Two completely separate effect loops because I am using one pedal for the upper octave and another for the lower one. Is there a buffered loop system that you guys know of, that would do this? I know about the JHS Switchback but that's either or one of the two channels. I want to use both occasionally. I also know about the JHS Buffered Splitter and their Summing Amp but I'm hoping to do this with one unit. Even if you guys have a DIY schematic that would help. I'm trying to keep this small and simple. The Switchback would be perfect if it gave me the options to use both channels at the same time but I don't think it does. Please correct me if I'm wrong about this. Gratitude!
