Finally got my Sarzo back from the shop. A bargain purchase turned into an expensive pain in the ass. Turned out great in the end. Every fret needed glue and reset, obviously followed by leveling and polish. Very slight hump was worked out. I received and installed a Bartolini preamp to replace the toasted stock preamp, which I was aware of. What I wasn’t told at purchase was that every pot was damaged by forcing new incorrectly sized knobs on. It’s done, it plays and sounds great, and l’m happy.
