Also, I'm not sure where to post this, but I'm pretty elated about it... my band has our first gig March 16th. I've never been on stage before, but our constant practicing is paying off and we sound great. I'm nervous as hell, but can't wait to have an audience for this stuff.
Cool, I hope it goes well for you. I gigged my '84 Fury on the weekend an she performed well. I usually have one tuned down half step and one standard tuning. The Fury was the std tuning one and used it on 5 songs. Lots of tips on the Band Management forum for young bands. Best tip I have for a new band is practice your set like the audience is standing in front of you...like you are actually doing it. Roll through the whole set and work out everything that you will do between songs. The time between songs is just as important as the songs themselves.
